# Are there any Mac issues related to Pritunl?

Some of our users have reported having problems with Pritunl.

Pritunl version: latest  
Pritunl client version: latest  
macOS: varies (but all versions 26 and higher)

I tested it on a test MacBook, and it works for me.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a more specific description of the issue.

Some users have reported that Pritunl isn’t running smoothly. One user can’t access internal pages (but doesn’t know if he’s the only one; so far, he’s the only one I know of).

I can’t really reproduce these issues either, because everything works great on my test MacBook. I can access the pages in question and don’t notice anything unusual when loading them.

It’s only Mac users who are having problems.

Are there any logs we can look at? Are there any tests we could run?

Are there any best practices for macOS?
