# Download issues with pritunl zero

Dear developers, during the download process, we found that we were unable to connect to repo. pritunl. com. We tried changing the source but it didn’t work. May I ask what caused this issue?The following is the error generated by using apt get update.

There hasn’t been any known issues with the repository servers. You can try using `repo-east.pritunl.com` or `repo-west.pritunl.com` to specifically target a region.
