Run `sudo pritunl reset-password` if there are polices preventing login run `sudo pritunl disable-policies`. This will only disable the polices the other settings will not change. If it’s an issue with the host configuration the ID in `/etc/pritunl-zero.json` will need to be cleared then run `sudo systemctl restart pritunl-zero`. This will create a new host with default settings the old host will be shown in the web console and the settings can be copied to the new one.
