On Debian 12 the Same issue. I added repo-east but now the update is missing?

I can’t see any issues with the repository. The Debian 12 packages file is showing version 1.32.3805.95. The version you are getting is only on the unstable repository. Another solution would be to replace stable with unstable in the repository file and install that release. I’m not familiar with the caching system for apt or why it remains in the cache. It doesn’t appear to be any cache or issues with the repository server.
