# Locally-authenticated user for system profile

I’m trying to add a local user that I can use in situations where I need to add a system profile to start before login. I’ve added a user to the organization, but the profile downloads are just empty .tar files. What am I doing wrong?

Either the users organization needs to be attached to a server or the server has user groups set. If groups are set in the server settings the user must also have one of those groups.
