# Pritunl sso authentication Jumpcloud

Hello

I have configure pritunl cluster with web and vpn server seperate, and then configured sso integration pritunl jumpcloud, the integration has been succeed , but when i enabled sso authentication it always return timeout.

I have configured in settings the url authentication to web url, and it can be accessed from anywhere. What steps that i missed?
