# There is a Connection Issue

Hi,dear Pritunl team:  
I tried to connect to pritunl after importing the URL, but it shows that it is always connecting, and after a while it gets the following error:

The operating system I am using is Windows 11

More information would be available in the service logs from the top right menu.
