I recently bought a surface pro 9 ARM version and have had trouble connecting to my vpn is there a way to go around it I knoww Pritunl works for Mac ARM based laptops as a co workers uses one but no idea about microsoft based ones… 
The Pritunl Client is built in x64, there may be some x86 components but most of the client is x64. Before Windows 11 only x86 applications would run on the Arm computers. Windows 11 added support for running x64 applications on Arm. It isn’t tested and it would still be emulation. There is not enough usage of the Windows Arm devices to justify adding Arm support to the build and testing process.
This is different from the Apple Silicon client which is built on an Apple Silicon computer and runs without emulation.
