I am getting the above error when trying to use “Sign in with Azure” on any of my servers. Started this morning. It shows as an error 500 in the browser.
There’s currently no known issues with Azure single sign-on. Check that the API keys have not expired. The Auzre single sign-on documentation has more information.

It was an expired secret like stated. Needs to be generated from the App Registrations blade in the Azure Portal. Its not listed in the Enterprise Applications blade.
