Can we bind users with MAC address of system

Hello Team ;

we have pritunl server installed in our setup and we want to bind users MAC ID , so the user will not be able to download profile and access the vpn with some other system . only one with authorised MAC address will be able to access vpn and user should not be able to connect with other system, please assist us with the same

There is an Allowed MAC Addresses option in the user advanced settings. This requires an enterprise subscription.

It’s much better to use device authentication for this. This will validate every connection from a system using the physical TPM or Secure Enclave in the system.

Device authentication is working fine on windows 11 system but we are facing issue on windows 10 systems , hence we want to know details about MAC address binding on windows 10 system

Enter the users MAC address into the Allowed MAC Addresses field in the advanced user settings.
