Cannot connect to vpn windows 10

i downloaded latest version from pritunl and imported the profile. But for some reason it stays connecting… and then disconnects due to time out exception, . I use windows 10 (recently reinstalled).

This is likely an issue with the server or internet connection. The profile may have an incorrect configuration, deleting and reimporting the profile may fix the issue.

I 100% believe that i do not have issue with internet connection and the server. As regards profile configuration, it works for MacOs (i tested it in another pc of my friend). I have deleted and reimported the profile like 100 times i even tried other internet connections configured firewall for my windows, but for some reason it still stays disconnected after some attempt. Please need help to connect. If you need to know anything about my pc or configuration will provide. Thanks for replies.
