Can't install pritunl-link on debian buster, requires sqlite despite sqlite3 is intalled

Hello, i’ve tried to install pritunl-link but receiving

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 pritunl-strongswan : Depends: sqlite but it is not installable

No other strongswan package is present on the OS.
