Connecting then Suddenly disconnecting without getting Private IP

Please help, can someone help me with this error.

You will need to delete and re-import the profile.

We already tried to delete and re-import the user profile many times, we also tried to re-install the Pritunl VPN application and restart the services into the user device but still same error occur

It may be antivirus or Windows security policies blocking access to the directory.
