Default Organization Selection Issue During SSO in Pritunl

Dear Pritunl Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am encountering an issue with the SSO integration in my Pritunl setup. I have two organizations, “a” and “b,” configured in Pritunl. However, during the SSO login process, organization “b” is being selected by default instead of “a.”

Here are some details about the setup:

  • Pritunl Enterprise Edition is installed on an AWS EC2 instance.
  • Both organizations are correctly configured, and users are assigned to their respective organizations.
  • During the SSO login, organization “b” is always selected by default, and I would like organization “a” to be the default selection.

Could you please assist with this issue? Specifically, I would like to know if there is a configuration setting in Pritunl that allows me to change the default organization during the SSO process.

The groups provided by the single sign-on provider are used to match to existing organization names. If no match is found a log message will be shown in the top right logs and the default single sign-on organization set in the top right settings will be used.
