[ERROR] Failed to assign IP, retrying pool

Hello,
We are constantly facing the error from the title in our PritunlVPN logs and it looks like there is some kind of functionality that is trying to assign an IP from particular server to every new user I’m creating even though the server and the users don’t share same group.
Why is that needed if there is difference in the group property between those two entities ?
Does this mean that this server has not more available static IPs for assignment and if I want to create a new user that shares the server’s group but there are no more IPs in the sever’s pool it will fail also ?

All users attached to a server are assigned a static IP. Groups can dynamically on connection and while connected so the IP addresses must be assigned even if the user doesn’t have a matching group. The server virtual network size must be large enough for all attached users.

But this IP assignment is happening even for users which have not any connection with the server.

Yes the static IP addresses are assigned before users connect.
