[ERROR] User missing ip address" – not many users using the server

Hi,

We noticed the following error in the logs of one of our VPN servers:

  server_id    = "***********************"
  instance_id  = "***********************"
  user_id      = "***********************"
  multi_device = false
  network      = "10.xxx.xxx.0/24"
  user_count   = 172

The server is not actively used by so many users, so we don’t understand why the IP range would be exhausted or why this error is happening.

Could someone help us understand:

  • What this error means?
  • What could cause it?
  • And what should we do to fix or prevent it?

Check the hosts tab and see what version is active in the status field.

Host version v1.32.3805.95.

Most of these issues were fixed in v1.32.4258.38, if it does still occur stop and start the server from the servers tab.
