Question re an existing pritunl deployment with only local user auth.
When enabling Okta SSO for authentication, do the local user accounts still remain active? and can they be used along side the SSO configuration?

Yes local accounts remain active. When switching from a different single sign-on provider the previous accounts will also remain active and function effectively as local accounts.
