Failed secondary authentication

Users are not able to connect, they get error.
Client side it gives error “Failed to Authenticate”
and at server side the error is " ERROR User open ovpn failed “Failed secondary authentication” "
If we bypass secondary authentication in user settings, then it works.
Note: User type is Okta.

Check the logs in the top right of the web console for the full error message.

The Okta API token will need to be updated. This is documented in the Okta single sign-on documentation.
