I would like to know that is it possible to grant console access to users under the organization. if there is any possible cases, please do let me know

Only the administrator users can access the web console. The profile view page is only available with single sign-on users.

Currently, we are using the default Pritunl user for accessing the web console, so is it possible to create another user with administrative privilege?

That would be done in the administrators tab, this is only available with an enterprise subscription.
