It is the same design as the Pritunl VPN server. Each host just needs to connect to the same MongoDB database, this can be configured in /etc/pritunl-zero.json. If multiple Pritunl Zero nodes are put in front of a load balancer the Forwarded for header and Forwarded proto header options should be configured in the node settings.
