How to enable multtiple devices for a user?

Allow Multiple Devices
Allow users to use their key on multiple devices and connect at the same time. Additional clients from one user will be given a random IP address when connecting.

How do I enable this?

This option is in the advanced server settings available by clicking on a server name in the servers tab.
