I can't connect vpn from my home wifi

I can’t connect to the VPN using my home Wi-Fi(ISP Airtel India), but I’m an enterprise Pritunl customer. When I switch to my mobile network, the VPN works. How can I fix this problem?

It’s disconnecting on the first ping after connection. Try updating the server as documented in update OpenVPN documentation, switch to TCP and lower MTU to 1300.

@zach why I need to update openvpn instead of pritunl server.

I updated OpenVPN on the server and restarted the Pritunl service using the systemctl command. However, I still can’t see the MTU configuration in the advanced settings.

That’s the top right global settings. Open the servers tab and click on the name of the server to open the server settings. Change the protocol to TCP and Connection MTU 1300.
