Both Pritunl and Pritunl Zero have an API, use the Chrome developer tools to find the usage. The API key on Pritunl requires an enterprise subscription and is in the administrator tab, on Pritunl Zero it is in the user settings. Pritunl has a bulk add users on the users page, Pritunl Zero doesn’t have a bulk add users.
