Issue with Pritunl VPN Connection

Hi Support Team,

We are facing an issue with Pritunl while connecting—it shows an error: “Failed to connect.”

We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Removed and re-added the profile
  • Reinstalled Pritunl
  • Changed network connectivity
  • Changed the default browser
  • Disabled the firewall
  • keychains deleted

However, the issue persisted. Finally, after resetting the Mac, it started working.

Please help us identify the root cause and provide a permanent resolution.
