Hi Support Team,
We are facing an issue with Pritunl while connecting—it shows an error: “Failed to connect.”
We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Removed and re-added the profile
- Reinstalled Pritunl
- Changed network connectivity
- Changed the default browser
- Disabled the firewall
- keychains deleted
However, the issue persisted. Finally, after resetting the Mac, it started working.
Please help us identify the root cause and provide a permanent resolution.
