License issue : From 2 days server is 1 but license is 3

The license is not accurate.
i check directly on DB and i have 1 server online but my license is 3 in subscription.
I send 2 mail to the support without any answer
Please help to correct.

This will update automatically, it was stopped yesterday for some maintenance. It was started again this morning and emails from yesterday are still being handled today.

I’ve just sent an email from my correct account regarding a billing issue — I was incorrectly charged for 3 server licenses instead of 2 due to a migration bug (which I had previously reported). Please check the email and assist when possible.
