No Host displayed after installation

After installation I do not see any host; what do I do?

Steps I would follow:

  1. Create user
  2. create organization
  3. create server
  4. attach organization
  5. start server
  6. host will be auto-created

Open the Console tab of the Developer Tools in Chrome to check for errors.
