We are deploying our infrastructure automatically and we need to deploy and configure pritunl automatically too. Now i can create instance and install pritunl. Can i create organization, server and users without manual actions?

There is an API but it is undocumented, there is an example of adding AWS IP ranges with the API. To view the API endpoints use the Chrome Developer Tools.
There is also a Terraform Provider available.
