We have many internal servers behind Pritunl. We are able to access all the websites when we are connected to VPN through wifi. But when our device is connected with 5g network mobile hotspot, We have successfully connected to the VPN, but the VPN IP address is not being assigned, and the server is unable to log in, resulting in a timed-out error.
The client debugging documentation has more information on testing for MTU issues. Lowering the connection MTU in the server settings to 1300 should fix the issue.
