Pritunl Cluster [Distributed load]

Hi team.
Tell me please if Pritunl cluster supports distributed user load? Or only ALB distributes connections?
I have 2 Pritunl servers and Enterprise license, and they’re loaded differently for some reason. Should Pritunl distribute the number of connected clients between Pritunl servers?
In VPN server configuration enabled Replication Count “2”.
But the load of why that is not distributed.

The VPN client randomly selects a host, there is no preference to the least active host.

How does it determine which host is the least active ?
And how is it that my load is not evenly distributed?

It’s a random selection made by the client neither the server or the client make the selection based on host activity.
