Pritunl Enterprise subscription unable to reactivate after payment


We have paid for the latest month, but our subscription is still inactive, please help.
I’ve tried contacting people from your team on emails and twitter, did not get any response.

If an issue occurs with billing on a subscription a new account can be created from the checkout links at The existing license key on the server can be replaced, this does not effect the configuration of the server. This new account can be used temporarily until the existing account is fixed, any duplicate payments that occur can be refunded.
