That’s an unrelated issues with the OpenVPN network adapters. The thread After Windows 11 Update Pritunl Client does not connect - #13 by mbainter has more information on the issue. It appears to be related to a broken Windows update. There is some mitigation in the software that will fallback to not attempting to rename the adapter. That appears to be an incomplete log message, there should also be output from the command in the logs.
