Our company uses Pritunl and as of yesterday we cannot connect to the server. Getting invalid certificate and TLS handshake errors when the certificate is valid. This has put some of our teams dead in the water. Any help would be much appreciated
It is likely an issue renewing the Lets Encrypt certificate. The server must be accessible by the Lets Encrypt servers on port 80. You will need to open the web console using the IP address of the server, Chrome will not allow bypassing a certificate error with a domain name. Then check the logs in the top right for errors and correct the issue. The Lets Encrypt domain can be removed and added again to force the certificate to renew.
