Just checking if there is a managed Pritunl appliance (eg on AWS Marketplace) that is available to satisfy audit requirements for a service contract for updates / patches etc?
If not there is probably an opportunity there as a few audits prefer to have a signed contract for critical infrastructure etc now that these types of networking gear is not physical anymore
There’s no managed option or cloud marketplace image. There may be marketplace Pritunl images listed but these are unauthorized third parties reselling the free version of the software.
MongoDB Atlas does provided a managed database but the self hosted database for single host configuration is mostly automatically managed just with package manager updates.
There is no need to monitor the software for security patches. The self shutdown system will automatically shutdown different components in the event that a vulnerability is found.
