Setup slack support

We have Pritunl Enterprise and I believe we should have slack support enabled. However when clicking the button, we are shown the " Support plan required for live chat support with Slack. Email support is available at contact@pritunl.com" pop up.

When following the link to “order support plan” we are directed to the general support page. How do we enable slack support?

The live Slack support requires a separate support subscription, send an email for more information about this.
