Setup slack support

We have Pritunl Enterprise and I believe we should have slack support enabled. However when clicking the button, we are shown the " Support plan required for live chat support with Slack. Email support is available at" pop up.

When following the link to “order support plan” we are directed to the general support page. How do we enable slack support?

The live Slack support requires a separate support subscription, send an email for more information about this.
