Some of our internal websites not working for our another location team members

Hello,

We own and operate our own Pritunl VPN server, which we use to provide secure access to our internal team and clients. Our internal team works from various locations, and everything was working fine until recently. Now, in some locations, our internal team is unable to access some of our own websites, even though other team members can access everything. All internal team members are using the same VPN profile created from the same VPN server.

We have checked the firewall settings, and they are set to allow access to all websites[Currently we have disabled the firewall]. We have also verified that the VPN server is up and running. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

Try changing the protocol to TCP and lowering the connection MTU to 1300 in the server settings. The client debugging documentation has more information on debugging connections.
