The Pritunl Client Helper Service service failed to start

Hi,

I am seeing this error on the latest client on a bunch of Windows machines, it’s is very random, works on some, doesn’t work on others.

Event viewer shows the error as follows:
The Pritunl Client Helper Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

And another error:
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Pritunl Client Helper Service service to connect.

Any known issue/fix?

It seems to have resolved itself… I lost the pritunl-client.log file from when this error did happen so I can’t provide further info unfortunately.

There’s multiple log files that can be found by clicking logs in the menu of the client interface. The drop down selection allows selecting different logs. The service logs may not have any useful information if the service was not starting.
