Unable to get policies and groups option on Pritunl server UI Console

Hello Team ;

we have upgraded to Enterprise License version and we are trying to create specific policies related to users, however we are unable to see groups and policies features on UI pritunl console

we request you to check the same and revert asap

There’s no option to create policies for specific users in Pritunl. There is a policy feature in Pritunl Zero that can be applied to specific users but this is different software and not a VPN server.

can you share us the details of pritunl zero as we need to create a setup as per below

1> Specific users would be able to connect to remote server as per the policies configured
2> Users would be abe to connect the remote servers only after they login to pritunl client

3>we would like to create group of users and assign them to organisation and only those users would be able to connect to the respective servers attached to those organisation
Please check and provide us the solution whether we can acheive the same via Pritunl server or we need pritunl zero software?

In Pritunl users can be grouped in organizations and those organizations can be attached to servers to control access. When using single sign-on the documentation will have information on how to match single sign-on groups with organizations in Pritunl.

Can we attach one organisation to multiple servers … also is it possible for your to share the URL where we can create groups on single sign on and attach users of those groups on organisation and attach organisation on server

Yes servers can have multiple organizations. The single sign-on group matching is documented in each section of the single sign-on documentation.
