I have Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS . please provide solution

Check the service log in /var/log/pritunl-client.log and the other logs listed in the client debugging documentation. Check the status of the service with sudo systemctl status pritunl-client.service and logs with sudo journalctl -u pritunl-client.service.
I have the same issue when trying updating the Client to the current version.
I’m also on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
The service is down and get the following error when checking logs :
nov. 05 12:13:46 NA-9CMTVL3 ff229b5beccf3475-down.sh[4032629]: Invalid device name: ‘tun0’. Usage: ff229b5beccf3475-down.sh up|down device_name.
Check the service logs at /var/log/pritunl-client.log or with the GUI client in the top right menu.
Also the GUI client is no longer built for 20.04. Only for 24.04 and 24.10, the older versions were discontinued early to move to Node v18 which is not available before 24.04.
