Unable to update payment method + where to send billing update request

Hi Pritunl team,

We’ve already sent an email to support and wanted to follow up here.

We’d like to update our billing details and confirm the correct email address to send that request to. We updated our account details at app.pritunl.com, but we’re unable to update the payment method.

When we open Server Settings → Update Payment Info and click Update, a red box appears with no error text and no success message. Nothing changes after that. We’re currently on Pritunl v1.29.1804.8.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm the correct email address for billing-detail updates, and

  2. Advise how to resolve the payment-method update issue?
