number of pritunl users profiles are getting disabled automatically from my pritunl vpn console. I’ve checked the logs but only shows the reason that a user is unable to connect as it fail to authenticate them. while checking the console , it is observed that these user profiles are disabled and that happened automatically. I’m not sure how their profiles got disabled , once i enable the profile , they are able to reconnect and use. can someone please explain me how to debug this and how this happened in the first place ?
audit logs were disabled earlier so I’m not able to see this activity logged in logs. I have enabled them now …shall monitor the logs from now onwards.
